All information provided to Living Vibrance Kinesiology will be kept secure and confidential. Medical records are not shared and only accessible during treatment with that client. Living Vibrance Kinesiology abides by a strict code of conduct to ensure clients details are held in the most secure way possible.
Clients of Living Vibrance Kinesiology undertake treatments willingly and must volunteer all information concerning their health to ensure treatments are effective and safe.
All new clients to Living Vibrance Kinesiology must undertake a full Initial Consultation prior to any other treatments being undertaken.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers or credit for any medical services provided my our practitioners and supplements sold in store. This includes all prepaid package (whether these packages are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments.
Exchanges and Credits will only be offered for incorrectly bought and change of mind for products from our website. We require the product to be returned unopened to the clinic.
We aim to provide you with the best possible service at all times, however, due to no fault of our own there may be times on very rare occasions where equipment maintenance is inevitable. In the event that this occurs, appointments may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled without much given notice.
All clients must disclose knowledge of any infection, disease, condition or pregnancy or possibility of such at the earliest time of knowledge. This is required upon Initial Consultation or at follow up treatments for existing clients.
